Out Of Box Experience
With a desire to simplify a user’s choices and provide the most relevant results of properties they might be looking for, I designed the new OneChirp to walk a user through some basic questions when first launched. Too many Real Estate apps available today leave it up to the user to navigate complex search settings.
On first launch, OneChirp presents a welcome screen to walk users through some basic steps to find the property that is right for them.
OneChirp allows agents to invite people to use the platform via a link that will set the agent as the user’s preferred agent. This includes a custom welcome message and agent photo.
Since OneChirp utilizes Location Services and Push Notifications to help people find matching properties nearby, it’s important to guide the user to allow the app to access those services from the phone. We walk the user through the process by having them tap on the check boxes with descriptive step of what is going to happen. This is so the user doesn’t suddenly get the phone authorization dialogs popping up without context.
Instead of focusing on one segment of Real Estate, OneChirp provides a custom experience for Residential, Rental, Commercial or Student Housing.
Personalized Chirp Scores
After a couple more questions about how big and how much a user is looking to spend, OneChirp offers them the opportunity to fine tune their searches which will enable personalized scores for each search result that we define as the properties “Chirp Score.”
A Chirp Score is a matching value between 0 and 100 representing how well a particular property matches the users interests.

Preferred Agents
A user can choose an agent to be his/her preferred agent. This means that all requests for info or viewing of a property will automatically be directed to their agent, not to the listing agent, enhancing the relationship between them. Preferred agents would also be kept apprised of their client’s wish list and be able to see the same recommendations.
Everything a user would need to contact and work with their preferred agent is right within the app.

Agents would have all their client contacts listed within the app.
Agents can generate email fliers about properties based on email html templates. Links within the email lead customers to download the app and automatically add the agent as a preferred agent.
