Deja Vu
Auto side scrolling view of images and videos from the same day in the past. I was responsible for coming up with concept and integrating into my iOS prototype app in order to hand off to engineering to integrate into their 1.1 product.
Lyve Mix
A shared experience for users of the Lyve app from Lyve Minds. All users at a common event (or “Lyve Mix”) can upload and take photos within the app that all participants see in a shared gallery.
I was responsible for initial concept, UX Design and prototype which was handed off to engineering to implement on our iOS and Android mobile apps as the main feature of our 1.2 release. Prototype also included an external monitor mode that when connected to a TV via AirPlay or HDMI connection would show a live slideshow of new photos coming in with title overlays.

Lyve Cut
A dynamic photo slideshow incorporating music from the users’ device, Ken Burns affects based on image and screen dimensions (horizontal or vertical orientations provide different experiences). A true one tap experience with no waiting or configuration years before Apple’s “Moments” feature.
I came up with the original concept, UX Design and engineering of the algorithms in my prototype app to choose animations as well as automatically pick interesting music from the user’s library based on past playing history. CEO used my prototype app to demo this feature for over a year before feature was scheduled to integrate into version 1.3.
Lyve Cut auto plays in preview at top with sound off. Tapping will take you to full screen playback.
Hint text shows up and fades out. Rotating between landscape and portrait affects the kinds of Ken Burns selections are made on photos.
